Weeks Dye Works

Oh my, oh my are these fibers GORGEOUS! Each five-yard skein costs $2.20. The floss itself is 100% cotton (six-stranded) and is hand over-dyed It is space dyed, and therefore the stitching pattern is fairly consistent. The floss is rinsed well, but is not guaranteed to be colorfast. While WDW has not had a problem with running, you should be aware that it COULD be a problem; take care while stitching and be careful if/when cleaning.

You'll see DMC equivalents after each color. The DMC conversion is approximate -- it's hard to capture the majesty of hand-dyed fibers in mass-produced floss (even though we all love DMC). These are all of their current colors. And lucky you, since you're using a browser, you can use your find function to find the DMC colors you're looking for. So if you need one to match DMC 930, type 930 into the find funciton of your browser if you have one. Most WDW colors have two main colors which may be quite different from each other (like green and purple). Remember that when you're converting. DMC equivalents are approximations and not exact matches. If you want to see the colors online, go to www.weeksdyeworks.com.
