Shipping Information: As a small business owner who wishes to help you get the bredth of materials you want, I keep a small inventory. Weekly, I order from my suppliers for the items you want. I keep a good amount of supplies in stock, but not everything in my catalog is available at a moment's notice at all times. If you have any questions about what may be available, and what I will be ordering, let me know. Backorders in this industry are a regular part of my week, so if you need something quickly (or by a particular date), let me know, and I can check when a backorder might be in. If I don't hear from you otherwise, I will ship everything together (when all items are in and assembled together).

Returns If you must make a return, contact me by e-mail to let me know you'd like to make a return. If I made a mistake, I will refund all charges, plus reimburse you for shipping back to me. If you decided you didn't want the item, or didn't like it, I will refund your money, but you must pay return postage, and I can't reimburse your first postage charge. I can't accept returns on: kits, charts, fabric OR special orders. I cannot accept returns on kits or charts, because some people do things like order a chart, photocopy it, and then send it back. And fabric is cut to the size you need, and sometimes special ordered just for you, so I can't accept it back. Special orders may not be returned, nor can you cancel an order for a special order once it's placed (i.e., if you've asked me to order something, and I do, and you change your mind, it's too late -- I'll have to pay for the item when it arrives.) Often times special orders are items I don't normally stock -- and it's tricky for me to sell just one of something, especially when it's not in my regular catalog. Thanks for your understanding.
